Ingredients: Soy Sauce (water, soy beans, wheat), Katuo-bushi(Bonito), Sweet Sake, Sugar, Starch Syrup, Salt, Chicken Extract, Konbu Extract(Sea Weed), Alcohole
Sweetness and 3 kinds of dashi - katsuo (Bonito) , konbu(sea weed), chicken extract of Brand chicken “Umedori” are added into long matured soy sauce. Salt is 30% cut compared to the standard soy sauce.
