The name of this soy sauce came from Rosanjin Kitaoji, who is the most famous gourmet, potter, cook and artist in Japanese history. The Rosanjin Club was formed to honor his spirit, and that club ordered us to make the highest quality soy sauce to bear his name.
We make this soy sauce in our cedar barrels with special soybeans, wheat and rice, which are cultivated in Hokkaido using the Natural Method, without any fertilizer or pesticide. The Natural Method has stricter standards than even organic so it is called miracle soy sauce.
Rosanjin Soy Sauce has a rich aroma, deep flavor and umami from the amazing ingredients used. It is said that it is beyond soy sauce!
