About Yuzu & Ingredients

This yuzu ponzu uses local yuzu juice from Arida, Wakayama, one of the most famous regions in Japan for high-quality yuzu.
Ingredients:
Soy Sauce (water, soybeans, wheat), Rice Vinegar, Yuzu Juice, Starch Syrup, Sugar, Sweet Sake, Salt, Kombu (kelp) Extract, Katsuobushi (bonito) Extract, Scallop Extract.

You may also see some residue on the surface of the liquid, which comes from yuzu oil and is a sign of its natural flavor.
Please shake well before use.
